In this article the relation between the digitalization of banking business model and customer behaviour is investigated giving special emphasize on theemergence of mobile branches. In this context a regression model is utilized to analyze the relation between the transactions in different channels, efficiency and branch network in Turkish Banking between2005and 2017.Two estimations on the possible size of the branch network is made assuming that internet penetration in Turkey will reach European Union or North Europe averagesin future.
