The success of a good interior design is basically measured in line with its meeting the user requirements base defined at the preliminary stage. This is because the priority of users in interior design is "designing of the functional spaces that meet the needs thereof". As such, the aim of this study has been identified as examining the documents the interior designers utilize with an eye to determine the user requirements at the preliminary stage of interior architecture design and implementation and suggestion of necessary revisions for obtaining complete and accurate data with these documents. The scope of this study is limited only to bathroom interior design in order that detailed results can be achieved. The documents utilized to determine user requirements in bathroom interior design have been investigated as the methodology in line with the defined scope and purpose at the first stage. At the next stage, all data obtained from these documents have been examined by comparing systematically and the shortcomings have been revealed. At the last stage of the study suggestions to eliminate these shortcomings in question have been made.
