Present Study on the Quantifying the generation of MSW and physical Characterization of solid waste in Chitrakoot Nagar Palika Parishad includes 25 wards. The total solid waste generated 6164.31 kg/day in Nagar Palika Parishad Chitrakoot. It is mainly divided biodegradable, non-biodegradable and recyclable, which are 3877.37, 1870.01 and 416.93 kg/day respectively.
